In November (a bit late on posting this one), some of the Pink Bragade team enjoyed a beautiful, crisp winter morning, complete with scattered showers for a walk through Beverly Hills, orchestrated by Karen. It was as idyllic as Hollywood portrays it. Sprawling mansions and expertly manicured lawns provided the scenery for the first half of the walk. The second portion was a wonderland of ways to spend a million dollars as we breezed through the streets of Rodeo Drive. We also passed through a local farmer’s market – taste tested some amazing toffee – and ogled over some cute little baby barn animals. It took Wendy a little longer than the rest of us to leave the baby goats behind. The pinnacle of the morning was our luxurious and leisurely breakfast on the patio of the Peninsula Hotel. Welcomed by the friendly and very accommodating wait staff, we enjoyed spectacular food and some of the best bloody mary’s to date. Thanks Karen for another great PB adventure.
